It’s time to welcome a producer who’s been working hard on Audiodraft and demonstrating all of us with his undeniable talent in music production. Ladies and gentlemen, the spotlight is now on Jordi Longán aka Enkigeorge. First, could you tell us something about your background. Where are you from and how did get to doing music? I’m from Barcelona, Spain, the city where I live now. I started playing the piano at the age of 11 (now I’m 30) and at about the age of 15 I started to make my first compositions, which were very simple. After studying music for some years I began to […] Read more »

Hi Alexey! Thanks for your time. First, can you tell us a little bit about your background. Where are you from and how did you start creating music? I live in the city of Barnaul – Altai is the Southwest of Siberia. I will tell you honestly – I did not study at any music school. In 1998 I found a CD with music from the band Metallica, and on that disc there were notes for a guitar :). This is when I started to learn play guitar. Soon I started writing music with the guitar and computer and thinking more about creating full songs. Next, I started doing music for games and that […] Read more »

Hey Jontom! Thanks for this interview with us. First of all, you are known as Ukulele Master. How did this happen, when did you start playing Ukulele to become a master of it? I started to play the uke about 6 or 7 years ago… Honestly, I can’t exactly remember! I guess I took a different approach to the instrument because unlike many others fascinated by the easiness and portability, I was charmed by the challenge behind four strings and two octaves. After having watched Jake Shimabukuro performing his rendition of “While my guitar gently weeps” I felt the magic behind this instrument and so, that’s how […] Read more »

Can you tell us a little bit about your background. Where are you from and how did you end up creating music? I live in Brittany in France. I studied audiovisual production, film, design and advertising. At the same time I started to learn music on a computer by myself. I started writing songs and playing guitar, and soon I started a pop rock band in which I was the singer and songwriter. Little by little I’ve learned and started composing music for student film projects and short films. I began to realize what kind of sounds work in motion pictures. What kind […] Read more »

How nice would it be if every advertising agency and production company had their own music supervisors to choose the tracks, fix the contracts and tweak the image & sound to fit together? The deadline is in 48 hours, there are a hundred things on your to do list and you just realised you cannot clear the song you wanted to use. Sounds familiar? This is the situation Audiodraft customers face all the time. Despite most agree that music has become extremely relevant to almost every industry there is, there simply isn’t enough time or resources to focus on the soundtrack. That’s why it has been in the core of our platform to be the best tool to be used in stressful, close-to-deadline, we-don’t-have-music-that-fits sitauations. Especially the knowledge on how to use music […] Read more »
