Create 11 sfx to be used in web based chat.

Design brief
We need following sound effects to be used in www.yagoloo.com group web chat. Not all related features exist at the moment.
1. background music loop for main menu - style easygoing mainstream-pop
2. user enters into the chat room, welcome sound/theme (~15-20 secs)
3. new message targeted to the user (very very light and very very short)
4. new private message (very light and short)
5. new person enters into the room (very light and short)
6. attention sound effect (sent from another person)
7. error occurred (technical)
8. prompt / new event, such as new friend request (positive)
9. #1 user action, such as invited person or commented (rewarding)
10. #2 user action, such as got good feedback (very rewarding)
11. award – reached next level (like fanfare)
At contest end, we'll need each separate sound effect as a single MP3 file, 16bit, stereo, 44100Hz
Please include each number of sfx between sfxs in your sample.
Effects 3-5 are played often so they shall be very non-annoying, more like little ticks.
