Tribute to the mobile devices

Design brief

We are on a mission to make businesses around the world to sound better. Whether it's a game, a TV commercial or a company's introduction video you should have your own sound, an audio brand. When thinking about devices, Intel and Nokia give you great examples how a brand is connected to a recognizable sound. Now we are calling you to create unique and catchy tunes for mobile operating systems to build up their audio identity.

Create a 30 seconds tune for one of the following mobile OS: iOS, Android or WP7. The tune should be something that you would love to hear coming out from the small speakers of your cell. We are looking for cutting edge sound design that delivers highly pleasant listening experience for the smart phone users. We highly value innovation and creativity in sound design and composition. The tune can be used as a ring tone or audio identity of the mobile OS.

We are looking for 3 winners; one tune for each mobile OS discussed above. The contest is held by AudioDraft. Please note that AudioDraft can transfer the license of winning entries to a third party. For example, if Google likes one of the winning tunes in the contest the license can be transfered to Google without any compensation in addition to the prize money. This is a huge opportunity for the winning designers and the goal is to get all the three tunes to be featured in the mobile devices. For avoidance of any doubt AudioDraft will not take any compensation for the possible transfer of the license either.
