We develop the Fluorescent Nanoscopy - a core technology that improves resolution of optical microscopy by a factor of 100, bringing it to molecular-scale resolution (2 nanometers instead of 200 nanometers common for usual optical microscopy), and can be used to improve precision of other fluorescence based methods (lots of methods for diagnostics, quality assurance, drug development and basic research in life sciences and materials sciences), or decrease costs of tests based on these methods.
The music should convey the feeling of high technology and calmness. It is "rocket science" at its best.
See the Harvard reference video below. It has very nice music that creates the mood perfectly. Music resembling this one would be beneficial since it would resemble the very well known Harvard movie to my potential customers. So feel free to pick influences from the clip below - however don't copy it and respect any issues related to copyrights!
The other two videos (Nokia Morph and Schott glass) also lead into the same mood and can be used as a reference.
The tune will be used in a company introduction video. The tune should be one minute long. Content of the video: "modern microscopes suck - the nanoscope makes life better". Target audience - scientists and investors. First 15-20 seconds should reflect the poor state of art of modern technology (sad, minor?) and the following 40 seconds should reflect the opportunities related to use of our super-advanced technology (glad, major?).
The soundtrack MUST sound at least "alright" (if not "awsome") on laptop speakers. Do not expect that viewers will have even headphones, not to mention high-quality sound system.
